Broad Based, Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), whilst not compulsory, has become a business imperative for most organisations, but is also one of the biggest threats if not understood and implemented properly. The reality of BEE in context of the broader economy is that though the BEE Act is not compulsory, the inclusion or exclusion of your business in trade could be determined by your strategic action towards BEE. BEE could be the single game changer in the future as legislation increases the impact of non-compliance.

Novus BEE Solutions offer our clients end-to-end solutions in all elements of BEE.

Novus BEE Solutions allow the organisation to explore and optimise BEE as part of the organisations strategy to achieve the broader strategic objectives of the National Development plan, and as your partner could assist business to understand BEE and manage its impact. Our philosophy is to approach BEE as a pro-active inclusive approach to Business and Strategy as a whole. At Novus we meet an organisation at any stage of their BEE journey, whether that is at the strategy development phase, element specific initiative phase (such as Skills development, Supplier and Enterprise Development), general consultation, and BEE Training or third party software solutions.

Despite many views around this topic, the fact remains that no business can afford to ignore the reality of BEE, not only for the sake of compliance but for the sake of advancing strategically. BEE Transformation Strategy Development, Facilitation and Implementation

Many organisations host an annual Strategy Break-away where all the other organisational issues is addressed, however, we have always found that BEE is placed on the back burner as a compliance initiative. BEE is complex, time consuming and a lot of times becomes costly as business leaves the implementation to the last minute. We assist organisations to implement BEE as the way they do business whilst addressing their strategic intent.
